lucky numbers

This is something we had already noticed in Hong Kong: You can buy a cellular phone at a market stall, but you pay extra for the number. And how much you pay depends on whether it is a lucky number or not. 6, 8 or 9 are lucky numbers, whereas a 4 is an unlucky number. The available numbers are advertised here with their prizes from moderately lucky ($38) to very lucky ($50).
